Small Communities Loan Program

Offers loans in communities with populations of less
than 1,500 for projects that support and enhance the
vitality of the community.
Loans may be used to fund small municipal projects, provide
support for local nonprofit organizations and/or benefit the local
school district or for-profit businesses.
The loan must not exceed $50,000. Applicants must have
adequate cash flow to service the debt.
The loan maturity will generally be five years but may have
extended amortizations if warranted by the financed assets.

Applicants should complete a loan application.
