"Southwest Minnesota...In Conversation" is a bi-monthly podcast, an audio file available for downloading and listening, produced by the Southwest Initiative Foundation as a tool to build regional capacity.During each segment, the Foundation engages in dialog with leaders and experts around topics of interest to southwest Minnesota in an effort to build regional capacity.

Southwest Minnesota...In Conversation will cover topics such as attracting and developing a quality workforce, housing, diversity, out-migration, leadership development, regional collaboration and marketing and branding the region - issues that affect the lives of nearly 300,000 people who call southwest Minnesota "home."
