The Southwest Initiative Foundation’s office is located at the junction of highways 7 and 15 in Hutchinson, Minn.

SWIF’s conference room is available to be used as a meeting space for various groups in the region.

Since June, 2006, The Southwest Initiative Foundation (SWIF) has been located at the intersection of highways 7 and 15 in Hutchinson, the gateway to southwest Minnesota.  Overlooking the South Fork of the Crow River, this new building serves as a permanent resource for the Foundation staff, as well as the people of southwest Minnesota.  If you have not had a chance to see the building, stop by any time you’re in the area – you’re always welcome! 

Conference Room

SWIF’s conference room is available to be used as a meeting space for various groups in the region.  The conference room can accommodate up to 28 people, with flexible table and seating arrangements available.  The room is technically equipped, providing an effective, user-friendly gathering space. 

Groups wishing to use the conference room must complete the Conference Room Guidelines form and adhere to the usage guidelines.  Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance based on availability.  This conference room is not available for weekend use.  SWIF determines which groups may use the facilities on a case-by-case basis.  For more information, please contact SWIF Programs Assistant Kari Becker at (800) 594-9480.

From the North:
South on MN 15.  Take first right after the stoplight onto 3rd Avenue NW (before the bridge).  Building and parking lot are immediately on your right.

From the South:
North on MN 15.  Turn left onto MN 7.  Take first left (Hardees’ corner).  Turn left onto 3rd Avenue NW.  Building and parking lot are on your left.

From the West
East on MN 7.  Turn right onto MN 15 at stoplight.  Turn right onto 3rd Avenue NW (before the bridge).  Building and parking lot are immediately on your right.

From the East:
West on MN 7.  Turn left onto MN 15 at stoplight.  Turn right onto 3rd Avenue NW (before the bridge).  Building and parking lot are immediately on your right.
